Sorry - I'm hopeless at identifying anything with leaves. It's the Track hollow tree - this new growth is just below the hollow opening. The gang gangs ate them like lollipops, hopping excitedly over each other, competitively snapping the shoots off at the base, chewing, spitting it out then finding a new shoot.
