I agree this species is most probably D. explanata, Fine-lined Heath Moth, given that it matches other images of the species seen online (ALA, iNaturalist). This species apparently has primarily an arid country distribution (Victoria, South Australia), although Bold Systems 4 also shows a record from NSW, north of Canberra (ANIC collection), and LBH recorrds the species also occurs in NSW.

I have not been able to succesfully add Dichromodes explanata to the moth taxonomy Geometridae), but I have reported the problem to CNM (9pm, 11/11/21).
