The fourth image shows yellow spores caught in the spider webs beneath the fungi caps.

Spider webs or remnants of the flimsy partial veil that covered the gills before the cap expanded? In Cortinarius the partial veil is mostly flimsy (very rarely membranous), best described as ranging from sparsely to densely cobwebby (depending on species).
