Sawfly larvae or caterpillars?

Interesting to see sawfly larvae on a mistletoe - I haven't heard of any sawfly being a mistletoe feeder. Maybe they moved onto it from the mistletoe's host tree, although the leaf they are on in the first image looks well chewed.

Could these be Delias harpalyce? I've found their pupae in mistletoe in the same area

I agree Helen, these do look like Delias harpalyce larvae. If you look on page 97 of the ACT butterfly field guide, you can see their caterpillar looks the same as these larvae in your photo.
