I can't be sure what this is, but if the picture was taken recently, I think it more likely that at this time of year it is a Lasioglossum (Parasphecodes) species. The other hints are that the end of the abdomen seems to be black, something Leiproctus platycephalus does not have, and it seem to lack the brush of hairs at the end of the abdomen that L. platycephalus does have.
