She might be Megachile ferox but I can't see enough to distinguish her from other species like heliophila, mundifica or tosticauda.

The simplest indication that she is a Megachile species is that pollen is carried beneath the abdomen. (Homalictus species also carry some pollen there, but they are much smaller.) Resin bees can mostly be distinguished from leaf-cutters because their abdomen is relatively narrow and parallel-sided. The abdomen of leaf-cutters is broader and more leaf-shaped viewed from above.
