I think this is another of those difficult grey Oecophoridae. Jubeyjubes, do remeber if it was background grey to the naked eye, rather than the brown in the photo?

Hi Glen, good question. the background is slate grey (tending black) and the moth more grey than golden as in the photo. :)

There is more than one option, eg Philobota philostaura and some Palimmeces species, and I don't think we can make a clearidentification.
