One crispy flower and one pollinated fruit. These were the largest Corysanthes leaves I have ever encountered. They were growing on a moist, montane forest alongside Pt. alpina. I would guess this is C. grumula based on habitat?
Interesting! Could be C incurva too, particularly given how well past it the flowers are. C incurva has somewhat greener leaves than other species but hard to judge from photos and not sure how reliable. I think perhaps the leaves get larger after flowering?? Could have made that up. Next year!
