After photographing this pair of gang gangs, they flew off - in the direction of a large eucalypt (on private land). However, the tree has recently been largely removed, and I watched as the birds swooped to where the limbs used to be, then landed on a tree close to the stump. The female then flew onto the top of the stump for a short while, before they both flew off. (it was a favourite spot for Superb parrots, galahs and gang gangs).
