Possibly Oligochaetochilus hamatus which is found in the area.

This could possibly be leaves of Hymenochilus cycnocephalus which is also known from the area. Sometimes the rosettes of Hymenochilus and Oligochaetochilus are hard to tell apart. I'm not sure here. Perhaps best to put as Pterostylidinae.

Thanks for the clarification. There a lots of Hymenochilus cycnocephalus that I've already recorded at that location, so almost certainly that.
