Better matches Anacornutipo, which in side view has a flat face directed more forward than downwards. Macroceps has a strongly convex pronotum, with the face directed well downwards (as at https://www1.dpi.nsw.gov.au/keys/leafhop/tartessinae/macrocep.htm), and M. tonnoiri does not have the zigzag white markings on the front wings.
