Yes, I agree too. They seem to be moving into that area. It doesn't show up in the list of birds though.

Bulbuls have been moving south for some years, but still not common south of the Shoalhaven River.

In case it's of interest, following are some earlier records I have of Red-whiskered Bulbul in the area:
22 Jan 2008 - 1, Culburra
25 Apr 2011 - 16, Mayfield Rd dairy (Although I only noted 2 for this record, there were actually 16 in total, most being further up the dairy driveway.
7 Oct 2012 - 1, Mayfield Rd dairy
17 Jan 2013 - 1, dune scrub at Shoalhaven Heads
19 Oct 2014 - 3, Culburra
22 Jan 2008 - 1, Culburra
25 Apr 2011 - 16, Mayfield Rd dairy (Although I only noted 2 for this record, there were actually 16 in total, most being further up the dairy driveway.
