Looks rather chubby. Probably E. Heatwolei, but I am not certain. Saw about 5 or 6 similar skinks through the day, but as not certain of all of their ids will leave abundance at 1-3.

That is a big female - full of babies! This is a viviparous species and now is about the time they give birth to the young skinks.
