I don't think so. Lomandra bracteata leaves are 1-2 mm wide. The first character that the Plantnet identification key uses is the shape of undamaged leaf tips. An extra photo would help.

Betty the ground level flower arrangement is distinctive of the Lomandra species that occur in the Canberra region
