It certainly looks like flagellum and I have another record for Norton Road Wamboin so am happy to accept this although I would be even happier if we had a mid body scale count.

Sorry, no improvement on my original verdict. I'm afraid the only further confirmation would be, as I have already indicated, the mid body scale count. Something to bear in mind if you come across another one.
