Possibly. The leaves are OK, but the flower is extremely aberrant, with only four petals and sepals. The centre of the flower is very blurry so that the diagnostic detail for Hypericum with the arrangement of the many stamens and the very obvious ovary and pistil cannot be seen at all. Also it is not clear in the photo whether the petals are joined or not. I am inclined to mark this as Inconclusive. Do you have any field notes that would help with the ID?
