A clear justification of the need for our expert moderators. I also thought it was a moss and I had good close look at it. I checked out the berries on other examples on Naturemapr and they look like tiny red grapes. I wonder if they are edible.

See also 4660933 which features the flower Coronidium genus, rather than the moth on it. It’s 2 slightly clearer photos of this moth. The short parallel black bars that I read are distinctive for Glyphipterix Asteriella (suggested by WendyEM above) are more obvious I think.
