You can blame Lord Howe Island for this bug. Yesterday we made an enhancement so that regions can now have a boundary made up of multiple polygons, like this: https://north-coast-nsw.naturemapr.org/locations/boundary

But then I accidentally broke the Add Sighting form. All sorted now thanks guys.
