User's notes

I'm a little uncertain to the exact size as it was partly in its casing pulling it along the firetrail. When I got too close it pulled itself completely into the casing.

The case is too irregular for Clania lewinii .
It is more likely Hyalarcta huebneri

The case doesn't seem to be the typical Hyalarcta style. See 3345127 and both species on Butterfly House

Hyalarcta seem to attach sticks and leaves by one end so that they stick out at an angle.
Clania seems to attach only sticks, and attaches each stick at several places so that they are parallel.
Your 3384739 has sticks and leaves both sticking out at an angle, not parallel.
