Start Time: 9.45 am, End Time: 10:28 am Seen on flowers True Fly: 4530694 Grasshopper early instar: 4530696 Grasshopper early instar: 4530697 Forester moth: 4530698 Moth (Pyralid?): 4530695 Seen on flowers no or really bad photos I've sent by separate email to Emma a couple of insects on flowers Seen but not on flowers 9 x common brown butterflies mostly male, lots of v. small moths but fewer than last survey, a few flies but not in large numbers. Not a pollinator but the sticky everlasting flowers commonly have ants on them Flowers: Xerochrysum viscosum, Tolpis barbata, Goodenia hederacea subsp hederacea, Cassinia longifolia. Again flowers were minimal with just small clusters of the hawkweed, everlasting daisies and goodenia. Cassinia was the dominant flower by a lot. The BOM had winds of 5-25 km/hr but the survey site seemed a bit sheltered with only small gusts. The area is exceedingly dry
