User's notes

Some rain fell last few days. Huge amounts of rubbish in pond (see picture), including half-empty paint bottles (especially to the right of the site where the frogs WEREN'T). Surprised any frogs can survive in area. Lots of water spiders.; Aquatic Veg: Bull rush (typha) near water's edge.; Bank Veg: Tall grasses; Overhead Canopy: Some casuarinas; Landscape: Urban use. Bike path and houses.;
