While variable the forewing lines on some specimens of Chrysolarentia heliacaria match the above specimen . The hindwings are important. Chrysolarentia heliacaria has quite plain hindwings, with a pale sub-terminal line - see the plain hindwings in 1st image above c.f.

I would have gone for C. polycaroa based on the forewing pattern a;sone. but I agree the hindwing does seem conclusive,
