User's notes

During Friends of Grasslands field trip. No GPS device to hand. Location guesstimated based on contextual landscape pics. $2 coin (20mm diameter) provided for scale. 2nd pic is 1st pic cropped to provide more close up detail. The experts among my FOG colleagues speculated it might be C. graminetinus?

We aren't in range for Convolvulus graminetinus which occurs on the North coast and further to the west. I see that the plant in question isn't as hairy as would perhaps be typical for C.angustissimus, but I would more concrete evidence than that. What was the rationale?

Agree. I have since done a search of NSW BioNet Atlas plant sighting records for Lake Bathurst and all of them show C. angustissimus further supporting your ID.
