It looks a bit like Stagmatophora argyrostrepta but the pattern seems a bit different and it was significantly smaller than any I had previously seen.

Yes, looking at photos of set specimens of Stagmatophora (genus) on Bold there are two or three other named species, or more, (not illustrated) which apparently or likely have a pattern close to this moth. For example, S. encarysa

I have created a category Stagmatophora (genus) for this and similar moths, which although we may not be able to identify to species yet, we may be able to do so in the future. A new genertic category for NatureMapr's Canberra and Southern Tableamds region if confirmed.
