K4 has ear tag White 81 left. The white goes cream (pale yellowish) with age, and the tag has been in her ear 7 years and 8 months, since she was treated in Oct 2015. Thus the fertility control treatment blocked her reproduction from the spring of 2016 to the spring of 2023, eight seasons so far. At this age her reproductive rate would naturally have declined, even in the ideal feeding conditions of ANBG, so if she had not been treated with Gonacon, she might have a pouch young only every 2nd or 3rd year. If no accident happens to her, she will probably live several years longer than the average female EGK, and grow larger, due to having escaped the cost of reproduction. By then her feeding efficiency will be so low, due to worn molars, that her immune response will be diminished, so something like a virus, bacterium or parasite will provide the coup-de-gras. @Christine, @HelenCross
