Location, dull green foliage, cupular fruit with descending disc, and variable loose scraggly bark on lower trunk, all points to E.melliodora

Thanks, Steve, I am used to seeing the more boxy bark, so I learnt something about this species while identifying this tree. Barbara

Leaves are relatively small on Yellow Box. A photo of the small elliptical juvenile leaves (about 40mm or so long) is a good confirmation.
