Hi @AlisonMilton, I think this is Rhytidoponera aspera. Although it has a similar metallic sheen to Rhytidoponera metallica, the red/brown legs, antennae, mandibles and tip of the gaster, combined with the very shiny rear half of the gaster are pretty distinctive.
