Patterns and antennae look more like Pholodes sinistraria to me. I have been seeing upwards of 20 male Melanodes anthracitaria on recent nights and none have had those shape antennae.

Thanks Dianne, I agree. This other sighting also looks worth reviewing Pholodes sinistraria (Sinister or Frilled Bark Moth)

I tried to fix this one plus one of Alison's but I am not a moderator so I suspect my id won't overide a moderator. I am more familiar with iNaturalist and still trying to work out how to use NatureMapr properly.
