The colour of the legs and wings suggest L. bicingulatum, but the bands on the abdomen are paler than would normally be expected

The white bands are quite 'clean' looking with clear edges to the black and to the eye, do not look hairy. Quite a different looking bee from most native bees, IMO.

There are very few species with pale bands that are not due to hair and they look quite different to this bee. L. bicingulatum can have white bands. Have a look at other sightings like 4357274, 4527110, 4466635 or 4456526
