Not sure of dimensions, so can't be exactly sure which species. Could be D crinita (although flowerhead is a bit sparse, but could be at anthesis) or D sieberiana. Trouble with Dichelachne species is that the flowerheads open up at anthesis, giving them a different appearance. Also differences are based on very fine detail.
Ways to be sure.
If awns are 23-40 mm long and the awn's column (part below first bend) is straight or very slightly twisted when dried then its D crinita
If awns are 17-23 mm long and the awn's column become tightly twisted when dried then its D sieberiana
