I see a lot of Bromus in Canberra like this (unlike anywhere else I've been). Based on the flowerhead, it should be B. brevis (Panicle compact with spikelets borne on short, erect branches) Based on the colour, it should be B. catharticus (spikelets and leaves bright green)
