I assume it is a bit early for Spider orchids? the growth of herbal layer mass of last 3 years may shade out this spring's crop of orchids and other forbs - I noticed the disappearance of Hoary Sunrays at patches where they occurred before the LaNina events.

Yeah probs a bit early yes, I think the biomass will dieback over the next couple of dry years.
