No, I don't know this plant or this species and am not familiar with this high altitude habitat; but (after trawling through various resources, flora etc) it looks like a good ID to me.
Ticks the boxes for: habitat, leaf arrangement, size, habitat and distribution.
Existing records in CNM don't convey its distribution so this is a useful addition.
