I can see fuzzy head and no palps. Tineoidea? No Psychidae or Tineoidea that I know. How big is it?

Yes similar to Sighting No. 4427391, but Im not convinced its Oecophoridae family.

Based on forewing pattern looks like Atalopsis heniocha (Qecphoridae).
