The thick body and scalloped margins look unlike most Pyraloids.

Assumming this ia worn specimen, I'm inclined to think Endotricha (genus) isnot an unreasonable ID for this moth. For example, E. (genus) seem to have trailing wing margins which appear scalloped in several photos I have seen online.
