User's notes
Lemma 4mm long with awn arising <1mm from the apex of the lemma. Lemma a bit shorter than the upper glume which was c.a. 0.5mm shorter than the lower glume. Sparse, open panicle that contracted after being pressed. Growing in fire trail, however many more scattered individuals were observed alongside the track and off track throughout my walk. Keyed using both VICFlora and Grasses of NSW Vol. 4.
