I am more inclined to agree with Ciaran that this is Pultenaea fasciculata (keyed better for me, habit seems more like it too)

Besides the fact that I keyed this to P.fasciculata, my understanding is that P.subspicata occurs in woodland & the lower montane zone while P.fasciculata occurs in subalpine/alpine grassland.

Ahhh dear, having seen plenty of P.fasiculata of late I think this has to be P.subspicata. Sorry about that Michael!
