This was a hollow that Gang-gangs were observed looking into, but when inspected the head of a near to fledging Galah chick was poking out of the hollow. Three weeks late I poled the hollow to see what a gang-gang nest looked like in comparison to a Galah - While I was doing this a pair of Galahs flew in and squawked at me. The empty hollow lacks the chewed bark pieces indicative of a Gang-gang prepared hollow, but seems to have some bark and leaf material - certainly more than what I observed in Sulphur Crested Cockatoo hollows.
