Nice sighting John! This looks to me like it matches Caladenia fitzgeraldii rather than C montana (the latter is more common in the Canberra region, but the two are hard to tell apart). I will see if Bill Kosky (who has recently published a paper on this group of spider orchids) could provide some feedback.
Bill agrees this looks like fitzgeraldii but cautions against being definitive here as its a little hard to see the important labellum features from this angle. So I will confirm as Caladenia sp. here but noting that this is likely fitzgeraldii. A nice sighting!
