I'm inclined to think it is E. leai, based on the way the white scales on the elytra are arranged in more or less lengthwise stripes. In E. reichei the scales are arranged in loose transverse bands, especially in the apical third of the elytra. E. leai is notably smaller than E. reichei.

Thanks for that input Kim. I measured it at 7mm which pretty much puts it in between the length of both of those species. Just got an email saying that access into ANIC probably not possible for remainder of 2021 which prevents me from comparing the specimen to those of both species in the collection. If Kim leans with E. leai I am happy with that and stand corrected.
