It's probably signifera but without hearing the call or taking a peek at the belly I can't rule out parinsignifera. I don't suppose it was calling at the time?
Crinia signifera sounds like someone winding up a pocket watch. C. parinsignifera has a more squelch like call. There is a handy App called FrogID put out by the Australian Museum which lists all the frogs and their calls.
