Paul I asked Rosemary Purdie about this one who said "I'm no daisy expert (!) but I suspect it's unlikely to be Parantennaria as the latter has got such a limited, high altitude distribution. The only other species it reminded me of were Hyalosperma demissum (also unlikely, as it has a more western NSW distribution) or Siloxerus multiflorus. Given that the latter 'turned up' in the ACT last year (extending its eastern distribution limit), it's possible it may also occur further east where Paul photographed it. "

If possible could you collect a specimen at take to either the CSIRO r Botanic Gardens Herbaria.

Michael we've already collected this last year for the Herbarium and although its its not yet incorporated we've asked Rosemary to get Alexander. or Dave Albrecht to have a look. It does look Hyalosperma demissum though, very much so. We had problems trying to key it out last year and settled on Parantennaria with some misgivings.

Michael, we finally got back into the Herb yesterday, and Rosemary has put a Det'd slip on this as Hyalosperma demissum.
