It has finished flowering now but because the free end of the leaf is well below the flowers this will be Corunastylis clivicola considering the location.

I believe this is C. cornuta on account of the robust stem, upturned lateral sepals, and leaf tip near the flowers (normally it is closer). Consulting with CathB, she also notes the purple stripes on the dorsal sepal which clivicola lacks.

Hi Matt, I've been informed that this is the first record from the Dryandra st woodland for this species of midge orchid. Is this find of any significance or are they relatively common on Black mountain and surroundings?

They aren’t common, but they seem to be reasonably well distributed around the Canberra region. There are several colonies around Black Mountain and Aranda, but this certainly seems to be a new colony.
