I have not been able to identify this interesting beetle. It appears to be Tenebrionidae, and resembles Exangeltus, but the clothing of short, semi-upright hairs (pubescence) on the elytra doesn't match specimens of Exangeltus that I've examined. It could be Alleculinae (e.g. Homotrysis).
