Significant sighting

MichaelMulvaney noted:

2 Jun 2020

2nd recorded occurrence of this potentially significant weed in the ACT. It may become a problem as climate changes

User's notes

Three seedling in what appeared to be garden refuse at base of Blakley's Red Gum tree. Land owner (Hindmarsh) seems to be turning a blind eye to dumping of garden refuse on block and critically endangered box gum woodland. Sorry about poor photos. I don't know this plant well but if it is Turkey Rhubarb then this is only the second CNM record of this potentially significant weed. Pulled all seedlings out by hand.
