There are two common species of Wahlenbergia in the CNM area with about that ratio of tube to free lobes in the flowers. The narrow leaves that are alternating up the stems make this one capillaris (previously communis). Stricta var. stricta has mostly has frilly edged leaves that are mostly opposite each other.
