Hi Chris. Could be Fox, Dog or Dingo which are all present in the area, as well as occasionally Spot Tail Quoll. Something has moved the scat and broken it up, so shape and pattern not helpful. Scale might help unless it is in the size overlap between dog and fox scats, but there is little to judge the scale from. It not possible to distinguish every fox and dingo scat anyway without lab examination. I cant ID this with any confidence. Hair analysis or DNA are what is normally used to give you certainty. Hair is cheaper at about $10-$15 ea. If you want to do either, I can give you the details who to contact if you email me.

Thanks Don, I'll back at work on Tuesday and I'll email you then. I've kept the scat.
