Agree with Brian - looks more like a skinny/unwell verreauxii than leseuerii.

It was a tricky image and not all that helpful, but in revisiting the id and comparing images of lesueuri and verreauxii in Marion Anstis Tadpoles and Frogs it seem that the tympanum is mostly below the brown band behind the eye in lesueuri and mostly enclosed in verreauxii. This image appears to fit verreauxii based on that, so I am happy to re-assign accordingly, and thanks for drawing attention to what can be the dark art of photo id.
