This is another example of the lyrate form of Crinia. It is probably parinsignifera but unfortunately signifera can also look like this. To be sure which species in this situation, we need to see its belly. If you can remember if the belly was granular grey or marbled black and white that would be help. something to remember for the future.

Apologies about that - we do have both (from calls) but ignorance led to a lack of belly observation.
