Has some characteristics of Eulechria convictella but is more Garrha shaped I think.

The pattern of spots is different and I think i can see the characteristic banded antennae of Garrha spp.

No, they appear as fine white spots along the antennae, with black between, see above.

The bands above are not as distinct as a typical Garrha, and I think the photo better matches a Heliocausta species that has been reported before.
